Kuu has led rooms, coached educators, and guided teams through every key calendar event — knowing exactly what works with real children. She built ELE's curriculum framework from lived experience, not theory. Every item in every box goes through her eyes first.

Ye built ELE's commercial infrastructure — the delivery systems, event resourcing model, and centre partnerships that make the box arrive before you need it. An outsider to the ECEC sector, Ye brought a fresh systems lens to a problem the sector had accepted as normal.
The problem was never that educators didn't care. It was that the system made preparation almost impossible — and nobody had built a solution. We decided to build it ourselves.
