The terms that apply when you use Early Learning Essentials.

These terms apply to the services provided by Early Learning Essentials (ABN 57 187 471 104) ("ELE", "we", "us") to your centre or organisation ("you"). By booking a consultation or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
ELE provides a curriculum-led events service for early childhood centres, including planning, curriculum matching, sourcing and supply of resources, and supporting documentation. The specific inclusions for your centre are set out in the plan we agree with you following consultation.
Consultations are free and carry no obligation. Any quote or proposal we provide is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and may be adjusted if your requirements change.
Payment terms are set out in your invoice or agreement. We may require payment or a deposit before dispatching resources. Prices are in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, include GST.
We deliver Australia wide at no additional charge. Delivery timeframes are estimates; we plan dispatch so that resources arrive ahead of each scheduled event, but we are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control. Please inspect deliveries on arrival and notify us of any damage or missing items within 7 days.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it or refund it. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law.
Plans, guides, and other materials we prepare remain the intellectual property of ELE. They are licensed to your centre for use in your programs and documentation, and may not be resold or redistributed outside your organisation without our written consent.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to resupplying the relevant service or refunding the amount paid for it. Resources are intended for use under educator supervision; you are responsible for supervising their use in your rooms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
