On the Flexible plan — if you decide you don't want the next event box, just let us know before we send the invoice. No invoice sent means nothing owed. Simple as that. No fees, no penalties.
ELE runs on two 6-month cycles each year (Jan–Jun and Jul–Dec). When you join, you're slotted into the current cycle and receive one invoice covering whatever events remain. From your second cycle onward, the cycle's total splits into two invoices.
Before each new cycle starts, you simply decide — continue into the next cycle, or stop. There's no penalty either way. If you continue, the next cycle begins automatically with your boxes delivered before every event.

Queensland centres may be eligible for Kindy Uplift funding to support ELE boxes — covering resources that build educator capability and quality programming. Book a call with our team to discuss how this applies to your centre.
Mother's Day and Father's Day are optional add-on events at $550 each, available to both Flexible and Best Value centres. They sit outside the core calendar and core cycle pricing — Best Value centres get priority early access to reserve them each year.
